exile entered the heart of man.But God did not leave the story broken,
He gave the first great promise spoken.
The woman’s Seed would crush the snake,
though His own heel would suffer ache.Gen Alpha, listen, the Bible starts
with God bringing hope to wounded hearts.
Before the world could fix its stain,
God promised One who would break sin’s chain.[HOOK]The Promised One is coming,
the Light the prophets saw.
The Promised One is Jesus,
fulfilling all the Law.From Eden’s gate to Bethlehem,
from Passover to throne,
God kept His promise faithfully,
He sent His only Son.[VERSE 2]God called Abraham beneath the stars,
promise shining through desert scars.
“Through your seed all nations blessed,”
hope kept moving toward its rest.Isaac was spared on Moriah’s height,
a ram was given in mercy’s light.
The Lord provides, the mountain cried,
pointing to Christ who would be supplied.Jacob saw a ladder bright,
Heaven touching earth at night.
Judah heard a royal word,
a ruler’s sceptre would not be blurred.Joseph went down, betrayed and sold,
but God used pain in ways untold.
He saved the nations with bread in store,
a shadow of Christ, who gives much more.Children, learn the pattern clear,
God keeps promise through pain and fear.
The road may twist, the night may come,
but God is faithful till the work is done.[CHOIR COUNTER]God kept speaking.
God kept showing.
Through the ages,
hope kept growing.[HOOK]The Promised One is coming,
the Light the prophets saw.
The Promised One is Jesus,
fulfilling all the Law.From Eden’s gate to Bethlehem,

He sent His only Son.[VERSE 3]Moses came when the people cried,
Pharaoh’s chains on every side.
Blood on doors at Passover night,
freedom walking into morning light.Lamb was slain and death passed by,
sea split open beneath the sky.
But Moses said another would come,
a Prophet like him, God’s chosen One.In the wilderness, bread came down,
water flowed on thirsty ground.
Still the signs were pointing on,
to living Bread and God’s true Son.David watched sheep, then wore the crown,
but a greater King was coming down.
God promised David’s royal line
would hold a throne through endless time.Gen Alpha, when kings rise and fall,
Jesus is Lord above them all.
Not a trend, not a temporary name,
His kingdom burns with holy flame.[BRIDGE]Eden promised.
Abraham heard.
Moses pointed.
David’s word.Prophets thundered.
Angels sang.
Bethlehem opened.
Heaven rang.Not random stories,
not scattered parts.
One bright promise
through human hearts.[VERSE 4]Isaiah saw a Child of light,
Wonderful Counsellor, kingdom bright.
A suffering Servant, pierced and torn,
bearing grief the world had worn.Micah saw Bethlehem small and low,
from you the ruler’s feet will go.
Jeremiah spoke of covenant new,
law on hearts, not stone alone to view.Ezekiel saw new hearts made clean,
dry bones rising where death had been.
Daniel saw the Son of Man,
kingdom no empire could withstand.Then Mary heard the angel say,
a holy Child was on the way.
Jesus came, the Word made flesh,
God with us in tenderness.He healed the sick, forgave the lost,
carried our sin upon the Cross.
The snake was crushed, the tomb undone,
risen forever, the Promised One.[FINAL HOOK]The Promised One has come now,
the Light the prophets saw.
The Promised One is Jesus,
fulfilling all the Law.From Eden’s gate to Calvary,
from grave to Heaven’s throne,
God kept His promise faithfully,
