DIGITAL BABYLON ESTATE

TITLE: DIGITAL BABYLON ESTATE
[INTRO]
The block got lights.
The phone got louder.
Babylon moved digital.
Same old idols.
New screen.
Listen.
[VERSE 1]
Digital Babylon lighting the block,
feeds keep ticking on a borrowed clock.
Youngers in rooms with the blue glow bright,
eyes still open but the soul in night.
Flex on the screen, rent still due,
fake rich dreams in a filtered view.
Everyone shining, nobody whole,
profile clean but a starving soul.
Algorithm studies what the flesh might chase,
feeds back hunger with a smiling face.
Lust gets pushed with a casual scroll,
envy gets dressed like a life goal.
Gambling ads say, “One more play,”
quick-win trap in a payday way.
Shopping carts and designer dreams,
Vanity Fair in electric beams.
This ain’t just tech, this is formation,
daily liturgy, soul education.
What you behold starts shaping you,
screen becomes school for the heart’s worldview.
[HOOK]
Digital Babylon
lighting the block.
Selling fake crowns
on a cracked-up clock.
Only Jesus saves.
Only Jesus saves.
Screens cannot cleanse you,
likes cannot raise.
Come out the system,
come into truth.
Christ breaks chains
from the heart of youth.
[VERSE 2]
John said love not the world’s desire,
lust of the eyes and pride like fire.
Not the people, not the earth God made,
but the system selling sin as trade.
Romans says don’t be conformed to age,
mind renewed when the Word turns page.
But the feed says, “Bend to the crowd,”
do what trends, stay numb, stay loud.
Babylon says, “Buy and become,”
drink this image till the conscience numb.
Follow the stars, copy the pose,
worship the dust in expensive clothes.
Psalm said idols got eyes but blind,
ears that hear not, no breath, no mind.
Now idols move with a touchscreen face,
but they still can’t give you saving grace.
We have all clicked where the soul should flee,
all loved shadows more than reality.
Lied, lusted, envied, performed,
let the world’s cold hands keep the heart malformed.
You don’t just need a screen-time rule,
if sin still sits on the inner stool.
You need new birth and a cleansed inside,
Jesus the Truth where the lies all died.
[HOOK]
Digital Babylon
lighting the block.
Selling fake crowns
on a cracked-up clock.
Only Jesus saves.
Only Jesus saves.
Trends cannot cleanse you,
views cannot raise.
Come out the system,
come into truth.
Christ breaks chains
from the heart of youth.
[BRIDGE]
The feed says:
Stay distracted.
Babylon says:
Keep buying.
The world says:
Become yourself.
Jesus says:
Follow Me.
[VERSE 3]
Jesus stepped into a world of lies,
opened blind hearts and opened eyes.
Not scared of sinners, not cold to shame,
He called lost souls by a living Name.
He saw the crowds like sheep gone far,
wounded by wolves and chasing stars.
He preached the Kingdom, healed the pain,
then walked to the Cross through judgement rain.
At the Cross, Babylon mocked and smiled,
religious pride and empire wild.
But the Lamb gave blood where the debt stood tall,
mercy ran deeper than the system’s wall.
Nails in hands for the hands that clicked,
blood for hearts that the world had tricked.
Crown of thorns for the pride we wore,
Christ opened up the narrow door.
They buried Him once, but the grave went weak,
third day thunder made death retreat.
Risen King with the keys in hand,
Lord over every screen and land.
So come out now while mercy calls,
from the feed, the flex, the digital walls.
Repent and believe, let the false lights fall,
Jesus is Saviour and Lord of all.
New mind, new heart, new eyes, new road,
drop the chains and the heavy load.
Babylon fades when the Kingdom comes,
Christ still calls from the estate to sons.
[FINAL HOOK]
Digital Babylon
lighting the block.
Selling fake crowns
on a cracked-up clock.
Only Jesus saves.
Only Jesus saves.
His blood can cleanse you,
His voice can raise.
Come out the system,
come into truth.
Christ breaks chains
from the heart of youth.
[OUTRO]
Screen glow fades.
Crowd noise dies.
Babylon falls.
Christ is risen.
Come out.
Come home.
Jesus is Lord.
