LIFE DIAGNOSIS

[INTRO - QUIET ORGAN, DISTANT BELLS]

Today they read the body,
measured blood and breath,
named the little shadows
moving underneath the flesh.

But over every paper,
over every human word,
I hear the voice from Bethany:

“I am the resurrection.”

[VERSE 1]

Lazarus lay silent,
four days behind the stone,
sisters full of questions,
grief had filled the home.

Jesus did not whisper
like death had won the room,
He stood before the sealed place
and spoke against the tomb.

“Lazarus, come out!”
The grave released its claim,
feet still wrapped in burial cloth,
but life obeyed His Name.

That sign became my medicine,
that voice became my sight:
the One who called him from the dark
has diagnosed me life.

[PRE-CHORUS - MELODY RISING]

So when a lesser sentence comes,
when fear writes on the page,
I lift my eyes beyond the room,
beyond the present age.

[CHORUS - SUSTAINED HIGH NOTE]

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
By the One who left the grave!
No sickness writes my final line,
no coffin owns the saved!

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
Christ has named my destiny!
The body may pass through the night,
but resurrection waits for me!

[VERSE 2]

Stephen saw the stones raised,
heard hatred fill the air,
faces hard with fury,
but heaven opened there.

He saw the Son of Man arise,
standing at God’s right hand,
while violence ruled the street below,
the throne above still stood.

The stones were real and heavy,
the wounds were not denied,
but Stephen saw the greater world
and looked beyond the night.

Grace did not make him less alive,
or numb him to the pain,
it gave him sight above the crowd
and strength to bless again.

[PRE-CHORUS - HIGHER HARMONY]

If heaven opened over him
while death stood at the door,
then Christ can open heaven’s view
when I can bear no more.

[CHORUS - FULL DRUMS AND CHOIR]

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
By the One who left the grave!
No sickness writes my final line,
no coffin owns the saved!

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
Christ has named my destiny!
The body may pass through the night,
but resurrection waits for me!

[VERSE 3]

The feed keeps naming crises,
war and markets, plague and fear,
politics splits the table,
bad news speaks into the ear.

AI can trace the pattern,
machines can scan the bone,
but silicon cannot promise
I will never die alone.

No upload holds the person,
no server raises dust,
no future made by human hands
deserves my final trust.

One scan may show a shadow,
one call may change the day,
one doctor may speak gently
words I never thought they’d say.

I will not call that unreal,
I will take the care I need,
receive the hands that serve me,
take the medicine with peace.

But no report can overrule
the verdict of the Son:
my present body may grow weak,
my future has begun.

[BRIDGE - ORGAN, BELLS, LEAD GUITAR RISING]

Raised with Christ,
seated high,
far above the powers that terrify.

From Zion’s height,
through tears I see
the feast, the throne, the crystal sea.

The saints beneath the altar wait,
the witnesses have run their race,
New Jerusalem comes down,
and death itself is stripped of crown.

Every tear will leave the eye,
every grave give up its prize,
every scar will testify:

Jesus Christ has diagnosed us life!

[FINAL CHORUS - HIGHEST NOTE, MASSIVE CELESTIAL CHOIR]

WE HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
By the Lamb who left the grave!
No cancer, war, or famine writes
the final word upon the saved!

WE HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LIIIIIFE!
Hear the whole creation sing!
The lesser diagnosis bows
before the resurrection King!

LIIIIIFE!
When the night has spent its breath!

LIIIIIFE!
When the last enemy meets death!

LIIIIIFE!
When the trumpet splits the sky!

Jesus Christ has spoken:

WE WILL RISE!

[OUTRO - QUIET CHOIR]

Read the paper.
Tell the truth.
Take the medicine.
Walk through fire.

But remember what the risen Christ
has written over you:

Life.
