REVERSE HERMON

LYRICS:
[INTRO]
Hermon was the oath.
Hermon was the fall.
Watchers came down.
But Christ came for all.
They swore a curse.
He brought the Word.
They crossed the line.
He crushed the serpent.
[VERSE 1]
On Hermon’s height the Watchers came,
left their station, chased forbidden flame.
Two hundred swore by a mountain vow,
“None turn back, we descend now.”
Shemihazah spoke, Asael taught,
heaven’s secrets dragged and bought.
Metals, weapons, roots and signs,
stars made tools for corrupted minds.
They taught mankind the wrong revelation,
knowledge without holy foundation.
Not wisdom bowed before the Lord,
but stolen fire that sharpened the sword.
Then giants rose, violence spread,
blood cried out from the earth’s red bed.
Genesis says it short and cold:
sons of God, daughters, men of old.
But Enoch opens the wound up wide,
shows the mountain where rebels lied.
The Flood was not nursery art,
it was judgement on a broken heart.
[HOOK]
Reverse Hermon, break the chain,
Jesus came to cleanse the stain.
What they twisted, He makes clean,
Kingdom fire in the unseen.
Reverse Hermon, curse undone,
Watchers fell, but Christ has won.
The mountain heard the rebels’ cry,
then saw the Son of Man rise high.
[VERSE 2]
This is not sons of Seth dressed neat,
that view can’t stand on ancient feet.
Peter says angels sinned and fell,
held in chains till judgement bell.
Jude says they left their proper place,
crossed the boundary, abandoned grace.
That is cosmic, not just bloodline,
that is rebellion in sacred time.
The Watchers did not merely teach,
they crossed the heavens they could not breach.
They mixed categories God had made,
then handed humans a poisoned blade.
Spirit and flesh in unlawful union,
earth became a war communion.
Giants died, but spirits remained,
haunting mankind with ancient stains.
So Jesus comes, not soft and vague,
not motivational mist and haze.
He comes as King with cosmic aim:
undo the Watchers, crush their claim.
[HOOK]
Reverse Hermon, break the chain,
Jesus came to cleanse the stain.
What they twisted, He makes clean,
Kingdom fire in the unseen.
Reverse Hermon, curse undone,
Watchers fell, but Christ has won.
The mountain heard the rebels’ cry,
then saw the Son of Man rise high.
[VERSE 3]
Caesarea Philippi, rock and cave,
old dark shrine, gate of the grave.
Bashan shadow, Hermon near,
demonic geography thick with fear.
Jesus stands where the idols breathe,
where dead gods whisper underneath.
Then He asks with royal calm:
“Who do you say I am?”
Peter answers, heaven-born:
“You are the Christ, the living Son.”
Then Jesus fires the battle line:
“My church will rise. The gates are Mine.”
Gates don’t chase, gates defend.
Hell’s locked doors meet their end.
Christ was not hiding from the grave,
He came to storm it and save.
On rebel ground He made it plain:
the Kingdom comes to break the chain.
Where Watchers swore and darkness fed,
the Son declared, “Hell ends dead.”
[BRIDGE]
They came down in pride.
He came down in grace.
They brought corruption.
He took our place.
They made giants.
He makes saints.
They spread violence.
He breaks restraints.
They taught secrets.
He reveals God.
They brought bloodshed.
He shed blood.
[VERSE 4]
Then up the mountain, bright with flame,
Jesus shines with unborrowed Name.
Moses stands, Elijah sees,
Law and Prophets bend the knees.
The cloud descends, the Father speaks:
“This is My Son. Hear Him.” Peaks
shake with glory, old powers know:
the true Son stands where rebels broke.
Watchers came down and fell in lust,
Christ came down and entered dust.
They took flesh to corrupt the line,
He took flesh to redeem mankind.
They gave knowledge that made men slaves,
He gives truth that opens graves.
They made the earth a violent field,
He brings a Kingdom no beast can steal.
That is the reversal, clean and bright:
not chaos answered by more night.
But holy order, Eden restored,
heaven and earth under Christ the Lord.
[HOOK]
Reverse Hermon, break the chain,
Jesus came to cleanse the stain.
What they twisted, He makes clean,
Kingdom fire in the unseen.
Reverse Hermon, curse undone,
Watchers fell, but Christ has won.
The mountain heard the rebels’ cry,
then saw the Son of Man rise high.
[VERSE 5]
Then Legion meets Him by the shore,
demons begging, “Torment no more.”
They know the Name before men know,
unclean spirits forced to go.
That is not random miracle light,
that is battlefield gospel sight.
If giant spirits plagued mankind,
Christ commands them, line by line.
Then comes the cross, the hidden snare,
powers thought they trapped Him there.
But wisdom hidden in God’s plan
turned death itself against the damned.
If rulers knew what Calvary meant,
they would not strike the Innocent.
The nails became the throne-room key,
the blood became our victory.
He disarmed rulers, stripped their claim,
put them to shame in His own Name.
The grave was breached, the keys were won,
death bowed low to the risen Son.
[VERSE 6]
Now baptism speaks like a war-time vow,
old gods hear when believers bow.
Water remembers flood and grave,
but resurrection lifts the saved.
Not empty ritual, not a show,
but pledge to Christ where new hearts glow.
A loyalty oath in cosmic war:
“I serve the Lamb forevermore.”
Every baptism tells the Watchers:
your rebellion ends in waters.
Every saint who rises clean
says Christ is King of the unseen.
So reverse Hermon in the home,
reverse Hermon through the phone.
Reverse Hermon in the feed,
where children’s souls get trained by greed.
No secret knowledge saves the soul,
no fallen wisdom makes men whole.
No giant myth, no ancient throne,
only Christ can bring us home.
[FINAL HOOK]
Reverse Hermon, break the chain,
Jesus came to cleanse the stain.
What they twisted, He makes clean,
Kingdom fire in the unseen.
Reverse Hermon, curse undone,
Watchers fell, but Christ has won.
The mountain heard the rebels’ cry,
then saw the Son of Man rise high.
[OUTRO]
Hermon heard the oath.
Hermon saw the Light.
The Watchers fell.
The Son stood bright.
The gates won’t hold.
The grave won’t keep.
The Shepherd calls
His scattered sheep.
Jesus descended.
Jesus ascended.
Jesus reversed
what rebels intended.
The mountain is claimed.
The curse is torn.
Christ is King.
New creation is born.
